Purpose |

| Article 02- Validity of Constitution | ||
| 2.1 | Authority of this Constitution | |
| The Authority of this Constitution is its legal rights, superiority,strength, precedence and validity in respect to any organs defined by it, any members and association to other legal bodies. |
||
| 2.2 | Constitution as first and supreme law | |
| As enacted, this constitution represents the first and supreme law of One Heaven. No other law shall be recognized as first or higher than this Constitution. |
||
| No claim of subservience to any other religious or secular law shall be deemed valid and no law shall be sworn to in official statements of oath, pledge to honesty as a witness or any other capacity of government other than this Constitution itself shall be sworn. It shall be the supreme covenant of humanity both on Heaven and Earth and no other shall prevail. |
||
| 2.3 | The seven (7) seals of the final covenant | |
| In recognition of this document being the one, the first and supreme law of all heaven and earth and upon the authority of the absolute, all the great spirits and souls, that seven (7) great seals shall be forged. | ||
| These powerful and sacred seals shall be both a symbol and a power on Earth that binds this document and the three documents of the great religions as one being the Constitutions for One Islam,One Faith of God and One Spirit Tribe . | ||
| And these Great Seals shall be: | ||
| 1. The Great Seal of One Jerusalem (sovereign state of) | ||
| 2. The Great Seal of One Islam | ||
| 3. The Great Seal of One Faith of God | ||
| 4. The Great Seal of One Spirit Tribe | ||
| 5. The Great Seal of The Messiah of One Faith of God | ||
| 6. The Great Seal of the Imam Mahdi of Islam | ||
| 7. The Great Seal of the Great Power of One Spirit Tribe | ||
| And upon the forging of these seals, upon the binding of heaven and earth, upon the seven (7) seals no man, nor angel, nor spirit, nor force shall have the authority or power to break this final covenant. | ||
| 2.4 | The the breaking of the (7) seals of the old covenant | |
| To the last is given the authority, instruction and power to break the seals of the old covenant upon the enaction of this document. So it is written, so it shall be. | ||
| The breaking of these seals shall represent the end of all old covenants, all old promises and associated claims of authority of those that hold positions of trust and apostolic and spiritual succession. | ||
| And upon the breaking of the seven (7) seals of the old covenant, no man, no force on Earth or in Heaven shall have the authority or power of any old covenant- for all covenants of the past shall hereby be rendered null and void. | ||
| 2.5 | The (7) seals shall free all souls in Hell and then close the gates forever | |
| And by the authority of this document, the seven (7) seals of the Final Covenant shall represent the treaty between all the angels and demons, between all the great spirits. | ||
| That these seven (7) great and holy seals of the Final Covenant shall represent the binding of all the souls once in separate heavens and hells. | ||
| That all souls have been released from Hell that the gates of Hell shall be closed forever upon the power and instrument of the seven seals. That no man, nor entity shall have the power to ever again curse or claim the existence of Hell again. That evil shall be vanquished, because evil shall no longer be followed by more evil. | ||
