Article 18- Afterlife (Life after death) |
| 18.1 |
Afterlife |
| |
Afterlife is defined as the ability for a consciousness to continue as it identifies itself beyond the death and decay of its body and centres of cognitive processing. |
| |
By this constitution and the wisdom of Unique Collective Awareness, it is recognized that every physical structure of matter is ultimately made of thought in motion. |
| |
Furthermore, as everything exists as thought in motion, thought and memory cannot be destroyed. |
| |
Furthermore, as mind represents something already based within Unique Collective Awareness, it is already immortal and therefore cannot die. |
| 18.2 |
Afterlife of all Self-Aware Lifeforms |
| |
It is a fundamental principle of this Constitution that all self-aware lifeforms can experience a conscious afterlife. |
| |
The degree to which a conscious afterlife represents a dream of a previous life and/or ongoing development of experiences depends upon the degree of sophistication of the self-aware lifeform and its level of civilized existence. |
