Human rights |
|

Every human being is entitled to certain rights and freedoms without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, age, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status.
|

Just because a human soul has departed to heaven doesn't mean that the need for respect for human rights is automatically assumed. |
|
| |
The human mind in afterlife is a unique state of awareness and as such the concept of human rights should continue for the soul. Therefore by this constitution the following human rights shall be known: |
|

Adequate collective shelter |
• |
All humans are used to existence in buildings. It is a fundamental human right that in One Heaven they be afforded accommodation that is respectful of their position, their time in heaven and the balance of their wishes and the rule of the collective. |
• |
An enlightened heaven is one that makes available such surroundings and magnificence that all souls feel fulfilled and encouraged to continue their growth and destiny. |

Personal safety |
• |
No human soul should ever be subjected to torture, or to cruel inhuman physical or mental degrading treatment or punishment.
|
• |
No human soul shall ever be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the entrapment of human souls by curse, magic and deceit are rejected as barbaric in all its forms.
|
• |
No human soul should be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile. |
|
|

|

| |
Equality of women |
• |
All women should be treated as equal to men under this great covenant and constitution. In ancient times, in harder times your word through the great prophets taught us of the superiority of man. Now through your wisdom we see the equality of both sexes.

| |
Equality before the law |
• |
All humans soul should be regarded as equal before the laws of heaven and be entitled without discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this declaration of human rights and against any incitement to such discrimination.

It is a right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty according to laws of heaven in a public trial at which they are given the opportunity for a fair defence.

Personal privacy |
• |
No human soul should be subject to arbitrary interference with their privacy, family home, or correspondence, nor attacks upon their honour and reputation. |

| |
Citizenship |
• |
It is the right of every human soul that they automatically be considered a citizen of heaven.
|
|
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
Peaceful association |
• |
Every human has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and freedom of association.
|
|
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
Property ownership |
• |
All humans souls have the right to consider ownership personal possessions in heaven and to have those personal possessions free from theft, deliberate damage or unlawful confiscation subject to the laws of heaven.

|
|
| |
Refuse to work |
• |
Every human soul has the right to withdraw their offer of services to work if they so choose.
|
|
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
Refuse to talk |
• |
It is the right of every human to reserve the right to silence in answering questions, except in the correct answering of their name and personal particulars. |
