  Article 38- Membership of One Heaven  
38.1 Membership of One Heaven  
  By the power and authority of this blessed constitution and the unity of spirit, no human soul, nor animal or other spiritual entity shall be excluded from entering One Heaven.  
  Furthermore, membership of One Heaven shall be a right extended to every living and every passed human mind, no matter what life they have lived, no matter what goodness, nor evil they have committed.  
  For in heaven now being a right extended to the entire family of humanity, those that have passed, those that now live and those yet to come, for the first time in the collective history of humanity we may be one.  
38.2 Human judgment on the fairness and equity of access to heaven  

 

 

 As it has been written and said many times in human history, heaven has been considered a rare privilege and right bestowed to only a few. Even today, there remain individuals who claim some special insight as to making judgment concerning who should go to heaven and who should go to hell.  
  By the absolute power of this document and the words in which it contains, such judgment and teaching shall no longer be valid. No human being shall ever have the right ever again to state whether a person is permitted to enter one heaven or not.  
  In response to those that may question the fairness of such unilateral declaration, we are all reminded that except for those whose lives are cut short in birth and childhood, none of us are without blemish. It is not for any of us to question the unfathomable compassion of the absolute, the universe and the earth. So it is written, so it shall be.  
38.3 Membership conditions, privileges and rights  
  While membership shall be a right of all human beings, no matter what life they have lived, this does not equate to equal privileges nor conditions of membership.  
  All members shall be subject to good conduct under the conditions of One Heaven. Furthermore, the privileges of members shall be subject to the lives they have led and their spiritual growth as defined by this constitution.
