| 39.1 | Membership exclusion | |
| By this constitution and the uniting of all humanity as one soul, no one shall be excluded from membership to One Heaven. | ||
| It shall be a right and virtue of being human that all souls may enter heaven. However, for people who have failed to live virtuous lives a period of grace and repentance shall be required before receiving the full benefits of membership. | ||
| No soul shall be cursed. Every human soul shall be found and brought to the one light. | ||
