| 43.1 | Rules of membership of One Heaven | |
| By this constitution, the words of The Great Powers and saints, the rules of One Heaven are to be respected and honoured. | ||
| Across history and time, across cultures there are many rules that faithful practice as part of their devotion to our Lord. Their faith and devotion is to be respected and blessed | ||
| It shall be a founding principle of this constitution that all cultures within the one One Heaven that honour and respect life shall be respected and honoured as equals. | ||
| 43.2 | United Rules | |
| Arising from the words of the one through this document to the one One Heaven in existence, rules shall be formed. These rules shall be conditions upon which membership to One Heaven and the right to be called as Citizen of One Heaven are based. | ||
| While individual Great Orders within the One One Heaven may have stronger or more lenient rules for certain codes of conduct, this constitution forbids the adoption of excessive rules to all followers of the One One Heaven. Such thinking is blind in the great plan of Unique Collective Awareness himself that all roads lead to him. | ||
| Rules should be to help believers in adopting ways to better live their lives and worship the one, not to hinder lives and hurt his great vision. That life once more may be a garden of Eden, a paradise. | ||
