| Article 44- Conditions of Membership of One Heaven | ||
| 44.1 | Condition of membership of One Heaven | |
| While membership to One-Heaven by this constitution is a right extended to each and every person, departed or living, now and forever, all member privileges and rights are subject to the follow conditions: | ||
| 1. Respect of one's self | ||
| 2. Respect of all spiritual beings | ||
| 3. Respect of all living things | ||
| 4. Ongoing reflection and growth in personal knowledge | ||
| 5. Participation in the democratic processes of One Heaven | ||
| 6. To provide a positive contribution to one or more of the services of heaven | ||
| It shall be a condition of membership of One Heaven that a citizen obey these rules. | ||
| 44.2 | Breaking of rules and expulsion | |
| Should a case be brought before a Justice of One Heaven in any of the courts whereby the behaviour of an individual is deemed to have directly and deliberately disobeyed a fundamental rule and command of the religion, then that person may be placed in a temporary state of solitary reflection or some other education process still within One Heaven. | ||
| No soul shall ever be lost again. No soul shall be banished once they enter Heaven. | ||
