| Article 48- Covenant of Spirit Members | ||
| 48.1 | Covenant of Spirit Members | |
| This constitution represents a sacred Covenant between a number of departed spirits, representing departed higher order life that have lived on planet Earth and the Solar System. | ||
| By the authority of this Constitution, this covenant shall be known as the Covenant of Spirit Members, whereby collectively, the spirits of departed human souls and higher order life bestow their endorsement and authority to this sacred document. | ||
| In bestowing such unincumbered authority to this blessed document, this authority and power in turn is bestowed by Deed and joining to the Constitutions of the three great religions of One Faith of God, One Islam and One Spirit Tribe. | ||
| In turn this authority installed within the Constitutions of One Faith of God, One Islam and One Spirit Tribe permit for the recognition of departed spirits as Spirit Members | ||
| These Spirit Members shall be considered equal in status to Living Members, having the right to have their vote reflected in official elections as well as being nominated and appointed to certain official types of Office including, bot not limited to: Great and Holy Spirit, Saint and/or Ascended Master. | ||
