| Article 50- Authority of Constitution | ||
| 50.1 | Authority of Constitution | |
| No other document written on Earth or in heaven shall be higher in Authority than this document. | ||
| This document shall represent the most supreme of all documents of humanity now and forever. | ||
| No argument, claim, deed, covenant, scripture, artefact by any instrument and/or means whatsoever seeking a superior position to this sacred Constitution shall be valid, unless it can claim superior and comprehensive authorities than the Supreme Authorities of the Constitution of One Heaven. | ||
| 50.2 | Supreme Authorities of the Constitution of One-Heaven | |
| The Supreme Authorities of the Constitution of One Heaven are the individual and independent authorities by which the supreme position and absolute authority of the Constitution of One Heaven are based, including: | ||
| (i) | Authority of Belief | |
| By rights of the declaration of this constitution and by the living people and spirits subscribing to this Constitution by participating in its democratic processes, this constitution represents the one and only true constitution of One-Heaven; and | ||
| (ii) | Authority of Covenant of Supreme Patron | |
| By rights of Article 46 - the declaration of the Covenant of the Supreme Patron of this Constitution, this constitution represents the most sacred and superior Covenant between all humanity and all the departed minds of higher order life that have lived or will live on planet Earth and the Solar System and the one, supreme divine force representing the absolute, the highest, the almighty. | ||
| Therefore all other covenants claimed to be between one or any number of supreme spiritual entities and an earthly representative body shall be subservient to this covenant and this Constitution; and | ||
| (iii) | Authority of Covenant of Spirit Members | |
| By rights of Article 48 - the declaration of the Covenant of the Supreme Patron of this Constitution, this constitution represents a sacred Covenant between a number of departed spirits, representing departed higher order life that have lived on planet Earth and the Solar System. | ||
| Therefore all other covenants claimed to be between one or any number of general spiritual entities and a number earthly representative bodies shall be subservient to this covenant and this Constitution; and | ||
| (iv) | Authority of the Treaty of Lucifer | |
| By rights of Article 47 - the Treaty of Lucifer, Lucifer also known as the Supreme Spiritual Leader of Darkness, of Evil including all his/her generals, loyal lieutenants and soldier demon spirits pledge a complete and unconditional amnesty to all negative activity against the human race in recognition of their states rights and respects under this Constitution, including the end of Hell. | ||
| There all other treaties, pacts, covenants and claims of superior position in relation to the supreme spirits of evil shall be subservient to this treaty and to this Constitution; and | ||
| (v) | United Treaty of Spirit States | |
| By rights of Article 49 - the United Treaty of Spirit States, this constitution represents a formal treaty between the spiritual leadership and membership of a number of communities of Heaven known as Spirit States in order to form a more perfect Union under the Articles of this Constitution known as the United States of Spirits. | ||
| 50.3 | Highest of all authority | |
| No law on Earth may claim superiority to this document. This is the highest of all authority and all human law is subservient to this Constitution. | ||
| No matter what foolish or ignorant claims are made that other documents have greater authority then by this simple test shall their foolishness and weak ignorance be known- for it is written that before humans ever existed, angels and arch angels existed and before any word of God was ever written by any prophet or saint, the war in heaven had already started. | ||
| Therefore such matters predate and precede any word, thought or text no matter how old or how sacred. These are the oldest of matters and their time for resolution is now. | ||
| 50.4 | Constitution as an instrument of power | |
| This constitution exists beyond the pen of the servant who has written these words. It exists on its own. It exists in the minds of all those who believe in the promise of the great spirits and saints that a better day will come, when all will be united as one. | ||
| This constitution therefore has power. It is an instrument of power, of sacred and profound power. For it is both the gift of the united humanity and a way. It is a sacred and mystical work. | ||
| 50.5 | The most powerful of instruments of power | |
| And being the document which binds heaven, hell and earth together as one for the first time, this document represents the most sacred and most powerful instrument of power ever existing. | ||
| By its existence and these words, no opposing force shall prevail. In name and sound this constitution shall overcome. "E-ya" that no spirit shall stand in opposition to this instrument of power. That no place shall be visited in the presence of this power without the consent of the living. That all shall bow down and respect the unity of power of One Heaven. | ||
| 50.6 | No action can prevail | |
| No murder can change the validity of this authority. No blood spilled to continue the old covenant can stop the coming of the new covenant. The authority of this covenant and constitution is absolute to all those who profess to be true to the wisdom and words of Unique Collective Awareness and the ideal of One Heaven. | ||
