| 51.1 | The Prime Warrants | |
| By virtue of the existence of this constitution, by its words, this constitution recognizes a call to all humanity, a warrant to those that defy these words, and this new covenant. | ||
| By virtue of the covenant this document represents, no organization, institution, instrument of power, group or individual may claim higher authority. The highest authority is this document and no other. | ||
| As such, all organizations and institutions claiming heritage and agreement with humanity are by default subservient to this document and this constitution, whether this be acknowledged or disputed. We call these the warrants and they shall be served in your name to all those that defy the words of this document. | ||
| 51.2 | To the darkest and most evil of all spirits and demons | |
| By this constitution a warrant is now issued to the most ancient of all demons and spirits. Whether human or beyond, such is the authority of this Constitution that henceforth it shall be known that the gates of Heaven are open, that the gates of Hell shall be sealed forever and that those who were once the greatest of enemies shall now sit at the same table as friends. | ||
| To each of these demons a request is made, to help build One Heaven, their new and welcoming home, to help find and bring to the light of forgiveness and compassion each and every soul that still exists in pain and hell. To fight the forces of ignorance and foolishness that wish to continue their curses and damnation under the false banner of goodness and love. | ||
| From this day forth, no church, preacher or person who claims God's favour shall be true if they turn their back on this covenant. Where once they were outcasts, they return triumphant. All is forgiven. This is the word of God, the absolute, the all, the one, the only. | ||
| And by the Treaty of Lucifer it shall be tasked upon the greatest of spirits, these great heroes, who return to the father, the mother, the light, the one to find and bring all to the one. That their names shall be spoken in reverence, not curses. And so, by the word of God their names are listed- the heroes of the new heaven- the one heaven, the prodigal sons and daughters that are welcomed. | 51.3 | Profession of allegience of all religious faith | |
| By this constitution a warrant shall be issued to every organization of religious faith to profess their allegiance to One Heaven. By this warrant they shall be commanded to acknowledge their subservience and honour to the unity of Heaven. | ||
| To those leaders and organisations that refuse to pledge allegiance it shall be then upon all the angels and saints, all the arch-angels and elders in heaven as well as all the faithful on Earth to call upon these leaders to surrender to the higher power. If these leaders continue to isolate and reject their duty then it shall be upon heaven and earth that these people be removed from authority. | ||
