| The the greatest artists, designers, film makers, engineers and architects the greatest honor is bestowed by this constitution- that once every sixty (60) years, the greatest of designs shall be selected as being the blue prints of One Heaven. | ||
| And it shall be by these beautifully selected blueprints that the regional and belief collectives shall be designed. So that when a child of ten asks what does Heaven look like?, for the first time in human history a parent might answer with total confidence knowing that such designs are by the authority of this constitution, the designs chosen for One Heaven. | ||
| No longer shall Heaven be a vague and uncertain place, with its design in the hands of reckless fraud and dangerous minds. The design and structure of One Heaven shall be clear and unmistakable, with no possibility of confusion, fear or concern. It shall be the most beautiful of places because we shall be able to see it with our own eyes while we are alive, certain of the fact that when we depart, it shall be as beautiful as we could have imagined and more. | ||
