| To the greatest artists, the inspired architects, engineers and draftsmen of nations, a challenge is given- to design the greatest images of structures and designs for One Heaven. | ||
| These designs shall then be narrowed for selection by the various faiths as part of the selection process once every sixty (60) years at a General Conclave. | ||
| Designs for a belief collective must include all major communal centres and structures that form part of the constitutional framework for a belief collective. | ||
| Upon the winning designs, it shall be tasked to the collective minds to create a reality in One heaven of the designs selected. | ||
| In this way, it shall be the finest and most creative minds of the living that give us the blueprints of One Heaven. | ||
