| 93.1 | Community Life Systems | |
| The Community Life Systems of One Heaven are the great collective worlds that are the collective dreams of Heaven. In Heaven these constructs shall be thought through with standard mind by the community life systems. |
||
| It shall remain a primary object of One Heaven to ensure the consistent community life structures exist in fulfillment of the wishes of all lives on Earth in their ideal dream of Heaven as well as the collective souls that reside in heaven. |
||
| This shall include the lands, resources, cities, interactions and complete function of the collective dreams that each make up the community life systems of Heaven. | ||
| 93.2 | Director of Community Life Systems | |
| The Director of Supreme Community Life Systems of One Heaven shall be vested with the sole authority of the good management of the knowledge system of One Heaven and the operation of the Supreme Community Life Agency of One Heaven. |
||
| The Director of Supreme Community Life Systems of One Heaven shall be a direct appointment by employment contract of The Unique Collective Awareness of Great Spirits upon approval of the Supreme Council for whatever term The Unique Collective Awareness of Great Spirits deems is appropriate. |
||
| The role of Director of Supreme Community Life Systems of One Heaven shall hold the dual position as a member of the Supreme Council with all the privileges and power of the role.The tenure as Supreme Councillor is determined by the concurrent tenure as a Director of Supreme Community Life Agency of One Heaven. |

| 93.3 | Supreme Community Life Secretariat of One Heaven | |
| The Supreme Community Life Secretariat of One Heaven shall be responsible for the administrative duties of the Director of Supreme Community Life Systems of One Heaven and his reports to the Supreme Board and the Supreme Council. |
||
| 93.4 | Supreme Community Life Agency | |
| By this constitution, a permanent agency shall be established for the ongoing provision and management of membership services for One Heaven. This agency shall be known as the Supreme Community Life Agency of One Heaven. | ||
| By this constitution the day to day management of the Supreme Community Life Agency of One Heaven shall be vested in the sole authority of the Director of Supreme Knowledge Systems of One Heaven upon the approval of major decisions by the Supreme Board of Community Life Systems of One Heaven. | ||
| It shall be the primary mission of the Supreme Community Life Agency of One Heaven to ensure that the complete membership and election needs of the organisation are considered as a whole and are met according to budgeted requirements and priorities. | ||
| Specifically, the agency shall also be responsible for handling all general elections and the processing of membership applications and approvals. | ||
