  Article 117-Supreme Credit  
117.1 Supreme Credit  
  By the power and authority of this Covenant, a unit of supreme value shall be instanced, so that this unit of value might support the primary objectives of One Heaven the three great religions of One Faith of God, One Spirit tribe and One Islam and humanity as a whole  
  This unit of value shall be known as a Supreme Credit.  
117.2 Structure of a Supreme Credit  
  By this article, the following criteria shall be the essential structural components of a Supreme Credit:  
  (i) a hollow and sealed metal object known as a Universal Credit of the precise dimensions of 32.5 cm long, 19.5 cm wide, 19.5 cm tall and sides 3.2 cm thick; and  
  (ii) the metals of construction shall be an inner chamber of the finest gold of not less than 4 mm, sealed to a bronze casket of thickness not less than 6 mm, sealed to an iron casket of thickness not less than 18 mm and finally an outer layer of the finest gold not less than 4 mm; and  
  (ii) Inside the sacred ark, the Seal of One Heaven shall be imprinted on its floor, indicating which era during which the Supreme Credit was forged, while the inside walls shall be adorned in a Supreme blessing in UCADIAN symbols; and  
  (iii) On the surface of the sealed lid known as the International Credit shall be imprinted the official seal of either One Faith of God, One Spirit Tribe or One Islam under which Deed of Supreme Credits the Credit was forged, and the number 1,000; and  
  (iv) On the side panels of the sacred ark imprinted its official number and unique identity so that no two Supreme Credits shall ever be the same; and  
  (v) On the reverse base known as the Union Credit shall be imprinted the official seal of either the Messiah, the Imam Mahdi, or the Maitreya under which Deed of Supreme Credits the Credit was forged, and the number 100,000,000;  
  (vi) The date the Supreme Credit was sealed and blessed by either the Messiah, the Imam Mahdi or the Maitreya.  
117.3 The Official Blessing and Supreme Credit  
  A Supreme Credit does not exist, even if an object has been constructed precisely to the dimensions outlined in Clause 117.2 until a legitimate and authorized blessing has occurred by either the Messiah, the Imam Mahdi, or the Maitreya under which Deed of Supreme Credits the Credit was forged.  
  When this blessing occurs, the hollow space within the sealed ark structure manifests as the Supreme Credit, representing a divine unit of value of One Heaven.  
117.4 Face value relationships of a Supreme Credit  
  A Supreme Credit shall have the following permanent value relationships:  
  1 supreme credit = 1 universal credit  
  1 universal credit = 1,000 international credits  
  1 international credit = 100,000 union/nation credits  
  1 supreme credit = 100,000,000 union/nation credits  
117.5 Forbiddance to deface, destroy a Supreme Credit  
  Once a Supreme Credit has been formed, it exists as a most sacred object representing a living temple of the spirit of One Heaven. Therefore, it shall be forbidden to deface or destroy a Supreme Credit.  
  Its intrinsic and face values shall hold true for in perpetuity. Where a Supreme Credit requires restoration, it shall be restored according to the specifications listed in this Article and re-blessed by the appropriate office of authority that first issued it.  
117.6 Distribution Ownership of Supreme Credits  
  By the authority of this Covenant, Supreme Credits shall only be permitted to be distributed under the following circumstances:  
  (i) A nation on becoming an Official State Member of one of the three Great faiths, not being permitted to be a member of more than one, shall be granted the gift of One (1) Supreme Credit per ratio of registered Citizens. This ratio shall begin at 2,100 ; or  
  (ii) A corporation on becoming an official Corporate Member of one of the three Great faiths, not being permitted to be a member of more than one, shall be granted the gift of One (1) Supreme Credit per 10,000 registered Shareholders; or  
  (iii) A New National centre of worship, being the Office of Cardinal, Caliph or Lama at which twelve (12) Supreme Credits must be installed securely under any central altar; or  
  (iv) A New local assembly of worship, being the Office Priest, Elder or Imam at which one (1) Supreme Credits must be installed securely under any central altar; or  
  (v) As a gift to Official State Members to assist in the reduction of national debt upon the date of a new Supreme Executive of a Great faith using the ratio of a maximum of 1 new Supreme Credit for every 36 existing Supreme Credits previously granted; or  
  (vi) To one or more of the Union Treasury to be held in reserve as defined by the Covenants of the Unions of Arabia, Euro, Africa, Asia, Americas and Oceania.  
117.7 Criteria and Conditions of Distribution of Supreme Credits  
  By the authority and power of this Covenant, all recipients of Supreme Credits must abide abide by the following criteria upon accepting Supreme Credits and prior to their circulation:  
  (i) That the decision to activate a Supreme Credit for circulation shall be the sole responsibility of the International Board of Trustees of the Union Treasuries of Arabia, Euro, Africa, Asia, Americas and Oceania.  
  (ii) That the provenance of ownership history of a Supreme Credit is registered with at least one Union Treasury, including its secure location and they shall be housed securely and respected as supremely powerful, valuable and sacred objects in their own right; and  
  (iii) Where Supreme Credits are gifted, none are permitted to be bequeathed to individuals and a maximum of five (5) percent may be used as assistance to other States excluding Prescribed organizations; and  
  (iv) No Usury (interest) may be charged by any central bank on the manufacture and distribution of currency supported by the face value of the given Supreme Credits in circulation;  
  (v) All Loans issued in currency underwritten by Supreme Credits in circulation must be underwritten by equivalent reserves held in trust;  
117.8 Redemption of Supreme Credits  
  By the authority of this Covenant, Supreme Credits shall be redeemable upon request from any bank holding equivalent currency.  
117.9 Supreme Credit in Circulation  
  A Supreme Credit is considered in circulation when a currency of equivalent face value to its Union value has been issued.  
117.10 Supreme Credit in Reserve  
  A Supreme Credit is considered in reserve when it has been lodged in trust at one of the Union Treasury as defined by the Covenants of the Unions of Arabia, Euro, Africa, Asia, Americas and Oceania  
  It shall be a fundamental rule of this Covenant that the Great Faiths hold at least twenty five (25) percent of all existing Supreme Credits in Reserve.  
  Where a liquidity event may require the rapid circulation of Supreme Credits and reduction in reserve ratios, by this Covenant the Great faiths shall have six (6) years to return reserve levels to their normal level.  
117.11 Forbiddance to place in Circulation  
  The three great faiths are forbidden to directly place in circulation or withdraw Supreme Credits.  
  Instead, the decision for placing any Supreme Credit in circulation shall rest with the International Board of Trustees of the central banks of the Union Treasuries as defined by the Covenants of the Unions of Arabia, Euro, Africa, Asia, Americas and Oceania and individual Member States and corporations.
