  Article 131-Supreme Deeds of Union  
131.1 Supreme Deeds of Union of One-Heaven  
  By the power and authority of this Constitution, ownership and Title of Union is granted through six (6) Supreme Deeds of Union of States being the African(s) Union, the Arabian Union, the Asia Union, the Americas Union, the Euro Union and the Oceanic Union.  
  By the power of the ceremony of Supreme Instantiation of the Powers and Authority of Supreme Deed of Union, a Union shall have the following real ceremonial and spiritual authorities:  
  (i) The Union shall represent a supremely authorized Instrument of Power, a sacred object and living embodiment of the new Covenant between Heaven and Earth; and  
  (ii) The Constitution of the Union including all its Codes of Law shall be bound to the Constitution of One Heaven as one, so that in all matters of Jurisdiction, of law this body of law including all related documents shall be read as one; and  
  (iii) The Union shall represent a supremely anointed, sovereign independent entity having its own Supreme Deed of Title; and  
  (iv) The Union as owner of the Supreme Deed of Title for the region of Earth representing the combined boundaries of its Member States shall have the first and primary right and authority to all land, marine, air subterranean and other title that bestows final and ultimate ownership. That this ownership cannot be lost. That the Union shall have the right to arbiter a dispute of lesser ownership; and  
  (v) The Union shall have the first and primary right and authority to install and support a single common market and freedom of trade between the borders of its State members; and  
  (vi) The Union shall have the first and primary right to install monetary units and systems for financial exchange consistent with the provisions stated within this Constitution; and  
  (vii) The Union shall have legal and moral authority to assist in the administrative, policy, economic and social needs of its Member States.  
131.2 Official Language of a Supreme deed of Union  
  The Official Language for a Supreme Deed of Union is the UCADIAN Symbolic Language. All other languages shall be in reference to this primary language format.  
131.3 Granting of a Supreme Deed of Union  
  Only one (1) Supreme Deed of Union may be granted for one region as stated in clause 131.1.  
  The granting of a Supreme Deed of Union is subject to a Union achieving its minimal level of individual members and member state representation. When this occurs, then by the Constitution of an individual Union, a Supreme Deed of Union shall be granted.  
  If however this even has not occured by the date of the first Great Conclave of One Heaven, all remaining Supreme Deeds of Union shall be granted to individual union members whatever their number.
