  The Covenant of One Heaven, the United States of Spirits is the constitution of One Heaven which states that it is an inherent and irrevocable right of every single departed higher order lifeform to be granted entry into One Heaven.
  
  Listed above is an example certificate of membership to One Heaven that individuals may apply, which states this right and covenant. However, possession of a certificate is for display purposes only and is not required to effect this right.  
  That no person shall be denied entry, no matter what the grounds. Furthermore, that this right cannot be altered by any act or omission at any state, nor or for eternity.
