Article 129 - Missions, Consulates & Embassies

129.1
Mission (link)

A Mission (“Ucadia Mission”) is the smallest primary unit of ecclesiastical and ordinary power of all Heaven and Earth, including (but not limited to) all sanctuaries and clergy and all bodies and persons claiming any form of ecclesiastical authority, office, power or right within the bounds of a Ucadia Campus. A Mission holds plenary authority as the one holy universal and apostolic Paroikia (Parish or Parochial) under the Covenant of Bibliographe of the Holly descendant of Yahusia (Jesus Christ) known as Constantine as the true founder of Christianity.

A valid Ucadia Ecclesia Foundation, as the temporary administration of a Preliminary or Probational Ucadia Campus, possesses, owns and occupies the absolute true apostolic authority, rights and powers of a Paroikia (Parish or Parochial) and Parochial See as first constituted in 314 CE upon the formation of true Christianity under Constantine. Upon a Ucadia Campus being administered by a Prerogative or Permanently elected Ucadia body, such ecclesiastical powers must be vested to the separate religious bodies of One Christ, One Islam and One Spirit within the bounds of the Campus. Therefore, when anyone speaks, or writes, or claims authority of a Parish or Parochial (Paroikia), it shall mean one or all of the valid Ucadia Campus bodies and no other.

The Sacred Office of Parochial See possesses supreme, full, immediate, and universal ordinary power in the Ecclesia within the bounds of the Ucadia Campus and shall be vested solely in a person having the character, powers and ecclesiastical commission of Deacon, in accord with the present sacred Covenant and associated Covenants and Charters. In respect of a Preliminary or Probational Ucadia Campus, the Deacon shall also possess and hold the personality of Commissioner. In addressing such Office, the title shall be “Parochial Deacon”, the honorific shall be “Reverend Honorable” and the person addressed as either “Your Reverend Honor” or “My Reverend Honor”.

Consulate (link)

A Consulate (“Ucadia Consulate”) is the second smallest primary unit of ecclesiastical and ordinary power of all Heaven and Earth, including (but not limited to) all sanctuaries and clergy and all bodies and persons claiming any form of ecclesiastical authority, office, power or right within the bounds of a Ucadia Province. A Consulate holds plenary authority as the one holy universal and apostolic Diokesia (Diocese) and Episcopal See under the Covenant of Bibliographe of the Holly descendant of Yahusia (Jesus Christ) known as Constantine as the true founder of Christianity.

A valid Ucadia Ecclesia Foundation, as the temporary administration of a Preliminary or Probational Ucadia Province, possesses, owns and occupies the absolute true apostolic authority, rights and powers of a Diokesia (Diocese) and Episcopal See as first constituted in 314 CE upon the formation of true Christianity under Constantine. Upon a Ucadia Province being administered by a Prerogative or Permanently elected Ucadia body, such ecclesiastical powers must be vested to the separate religious bodies of One Christ, One Islam and One Spirit within the bounds of the Province. Therefore, when anyone speaks, or writes, or claims authority of a Diocese (Diokesia), it shall mean one or all of the valid Ucadia Provincial bodies and no other.

The Sacred Office of Episcopal See possesses supreme, full, immediate, and universal ordinary power in the Ecclesia within the bounds of the Ucadia Province and shall be vested solely in a person having the character, powers and ecclesiastical commission of Monsignor, in accord with the present sacred Covenant and associated Covenants and Charters. In respect of a Preliminary or Probational Ucadia Province, the Monsignor shall also possess and hold the personality of Governor. In addressing such Office, the title shall be “Monarchial Monsignor”, the honorific shall be “Right Reverend Highness” and the person addressed as either “Your Reverend Highness” or “My Reverend Lord”.

Embassy (link)

An Embassy (“Ucadia Embassy”) is the highest unit of ecclesiastical and ordinary power of all Heaven and Earth, including (but not limited to) all sanctuaries and clergy and all bodies and persons claiming any form of ecclesiastical authority, office, power or right within the bounds of a Ucadia University. An Embassy holds plenary authority as the one holy universal and apostolic Politia (Politic or Body Politic) and Metropolitan See under the Covenant of Bibliographe of the Holly descendant of Yahusia (Jesus Christ) known as Constantine as the true founder of Christianity.

A valid Ucadia Ecclesia Foundation, as the temporary administration of a Preliminary or Probational Ucadia University, possesses, owns and occupies the absolute true apostolic authority, rights and powers of a Politia (Politic or Body Politic) and Metropolitan See as first constituted in 314 CE upon the formation of true Christianity under Constantine. Upon a Ucadia University being administered by a Prerogative or Permanently elected Ucadia body, such ecclesiastical powers must be vested to the separate religious bodies of One Christ, One Islam and One Spirit within the bounds of the University. Therefore, when anyone speaks, or writes, or claims authority of a Politia or Politic or Body Politic, it shall mean one or all of the valid Ucadia University bodies and no other.

The Sacred Office of Metropolitan See possesses supreme, full, immediate, and universal ordinary power in the Ecclesia within the bounds of the Ucadia University and shall be vested solely in a person having the character, powers and ecclesiastical commission of Primate and Patriarch, in accord with the present sacred Covenant and associated Covenants and Charters. In respect of a Preliminary or Probational Ucadia University, the Patriarchal Primate shall also possess and hold the personality of President. In addressing such Office, the title shall be “Patriarchal Primate”, the honorific shall be “Most Reverend Eminence” and the person addressed as either “Your Most Reverend Eminence” or “My Reverend Eminence”.
