Principles
 
  Article 19 - Titles, Trusts and Posts  
19.1 Titles  
  Title is the common term used to defined a collection of rights in a piece of Property in which a party may claim legal interest or an equitable interest. Title is also recognized as a valid form of official instrument recognized by this Covenant that may serve as evidence and proof of ownership and particular collection of Rights.  
  In relation to legal interest, the concept of legal ownership separate to possession and use is recognized for certain types of Property as Legal Title. In relation to equitable interest, the concept of enjoynment and use of Property with certain Equitable Title and rights is recognized as being separate to ultimate ownership for certain types of Property.  
  This Covenant recognizes only three (3) primary types of possible lawful Title, being Divine Title, True Title and Fictional Title. The highest is Divine Title available only in relation to Property managed by Divine Trust. The next highest form of Title is True Title available only in relation to Property managed by True Trust. The lowest form of Title is Fictional Title. All types of Titles presently understood in the form of Allodium, Freehold, Leasehold, or other form are considered Fictional.  
  It is against all form of logic and law to claim that a Fictional Title can be higher than a True Title and that a True Title can be higher than a Divine Title. Therefore, all present forms of Fictional Title in existence and into the future are hereby null and void when challenged by either True Title or Divine Title.  
  By this covenant, all men, women and higher order spirits hold full legal and equitable Divine Title through the administration of Divine Trust over their Minds, their Spirits and Souls, with no claim being valid through the use of such mechanisms as trusts, liens, deeds and other instruments. Any such instruments, titles and trusts are hereby liquidated, ceasing to exist, having no valid existence or claims of right of ownership.  
  Furthermore, by this Covenant, all living men and women hold full legal and equitable True Title through the administration of True Trust over their physical bodies and persons, with any associated claims, liens, trusts and ownerships null, voided and without legal validity as such ownership cannot lawfully be ceded, sold, bonded, liened, liquidated, seized.  
19.2 Trusts  
  Trust is the common term used to describe a relationship whereby Property (including real, tangible and intangible) is managed by one person (or persons, or organizations for the benefit of another. Property is lawfully conveyed "into" the Trust and then any associated rights to the Property are issued under Title from the Trust defined also by a Deed.  
  In the formation and relationships defined by Trusts, the associated roles are also recognized being role of Settlor, the one who entrusts some or all of their property to people of their choice; the Principal or Guarantor; the Trustees or FeoFee for Uses for the benefit of one or more Beneficiaries. Trustees then normally hold Legal Title to the trust Property under obligation for the benefit of the Beneficiaries, with the Settlor normally holding Equitable Title.  
  By this most sacred Covenant, only three (3) types of Trusts are recognized as valid, namely Divine Trusts, True Trusts and Fictional Trusts. Divine Trusts are the highest forms of trusts for the conveyance of Property ownership and rights. True Trusts are the next highest forms of trusts for the conveyance of real and intangible Property Rights and ownership. Fictional Trusts are the lowest form of property rights and ownership claims.  
  Divine Trusts are Trusts validly registered into the Great Register and Public Record of One Heaven containing spiritual and divine Property, against which Divine Title is issued administered by the Treasury of One Heaven with the Covenant as Sacred Deed. A trust cannot claim to be Divine if it is not lawfully registered with the Great Register and Public Record of One Heaven in accordance with the proper qualifications of creation.  
  True Trusts are Trusts validly registered into a Great Register of a society of Ucadia, for which there exists a Principal Divine Trust associated under the Covenant as Deed, and into which is placed real and intangible Property owned by the True Trust for the benefit of certain Beneficiaries, against which True Title is issued and administered by the relevant society of Ucadia.  
  Fictional Trusts are validly registered Trusts of such kind as Cestu qui Vie (Secret) Trusts, Implied, Constructive, Express, Inter vivos, Irrevocable, Incentive, Public, Private, Protective or Purpose Trusts with an alternate society and usually a Ucadian Society. While a Ucadian society may register and recognize the existence of a Fictional Trust, a Fictional Trust is not lawful if it lays claim, ownership claims, demands or attempted possession of Property lawfully conveyed into a True Trust or Divine Trust.  
  By definition, all Fictional Trusts of alternate and non Ucadian Societies are inferior by all forms of law to either a True Trust or a Divine Trust. Nor may a True Trust claim higher ownership rights than a Divine Trust.  
  By this covenant, no trust is valid if it functions in accordance to the principles of mortmain and maritime laws in the treatment of men and women as dead property and the perpetuation of ancient rights having higher authority over the rights of the living individual. Such trusts are immediately liquidated, null, void, having no validity.  
  Furthermore, no trust is valid if it functions to the effect of permitting the sale of the soul, the mind, the body of a man, woman or higher order spirit, living or deceased and the separation of legal and equitable title from the individual spirit and body. Such a Fictional Trust of an alternate society is in direct violation of the superior property rights and ownership of a Divine Trust in existence. Therefore, any such trusts are null, void, unlawful and any trustees of such trusts are in fundamental breach of all forms of trust law.  
19.3 Perfect and Imperfect Trusts  
  When a Trust holds both Divine consent and consent of a man, women or higher order spirit, then it is considered a Perfect Trust, being a union from the Absolute to the One and from the One to the Absolute.  
  The claim of ownership of a Perfect Trust cannot be abrogated except by a higher form of Trust. No Trust, nor instrument, nor act, nor pronouncement can break the Perfect Trust of a Divine Trust.  
  In contrast, an ImPerfect Trust is when a Trust exists without consent of the associated men, women or higher order spirits, or exists without valid Divine authority.  
  Therefore, a Perfect Trust is always superior in law and force than an Imperfect Trust.  
  By definition, all Fictional Trusts are Imperfect Trusts and therefore inferior in all claims of ownership to True Trusts and Divine Trusts.  
19.4 Divine Trust  
  A Divine Trust is the form of Spiritual Based Trust and valid Legal Spiritual Title. It is the highest form of property rights and ownership and the highest form of Trust. A Divine Trust can only be formed when some official form of sacred registration can be demonstrated such as the Unique Membership Number representing Divine Immortal Spiritual Person and the Great Register of One Heaven.  
  A Member may only have One Divine Trust. The Covenant of One Heaven represents the incorporation of all Divine Trusts and the Deed for such Trusts. Into each Divine Trust is placed one unit (1) representing one unique divine immortal spirit and mind, one unit (1) representing the unique energy, life experience and creation from the beginning and one unit (1) representing all regrets, debt, mistakes, destructive acts and sins from the beginning.  
  The unit of divine immortal spirit and mind is considered the primary asset of the Divine Trust, with the unique of unique energy, life experience and creative capacity as the second asset and primary unit of credit the unit of regret, sin, debt and negativity as the primary unit of debt.  
  By the existence of this most sacred covenant, the immortal minds, the immortal spirits of all men, women and higher order beings possessing Unique Membership Numbers are managed in Divine Trust on behalf of the Divine Creator for the benefit of all men, woman and higher order beings in accordance with this sacred covenant as the Divine Deed of Divine Trust.  
  Therefore any other system claiming ownership of spirit, or mind of others is automatically in grave breach of trust law as such trusts cannot be valid, cannot be lawful and such claims and any associated financial transactions are wholly fraudulent.  
19.5 True Trust  
  A True Trust is the form of Physical based and temporal intangibles valid Legal Person Title. It can only be formed when and associated Divine Trust exists in the form of a Unique Membership Number from the Great Register of One Heaven. The difference between the number of a Divine Trust and a True Trust is that a True Trust number has the first two letters of the abbreviation for the valid society of registration of the True Trust listed- all the remaining numbers are the same.  
  A True Trust permits the flesh vessel to be considered Property of the True Trust along with any Person Identifiers, owned by the Divine Trust representing the immortal mind and spirit of the man, woman or higher order spirit.  
  A True Trust also permits the investing and managing of the rights of other Physical Property such as land and title.  
  By the existence of this most sacred covenant, the physical bodies and person identifiers of all living men and women are hereby held in True Trust with any associated lesser trusts claiming ownership of body, mind, name invalid, unlawful and without existence.  
  By the power and authority of this covenant, all Cestui qui Vie Trusts that function and imply the ownership of the body, the person, the mind and the spirit at capable of being sold, bonded and separated from the man, woman or higher order spirit, living or deceased are hereby null, void and without valid existence.  
19.6 Post (Trust)  
  A Post is a most ancient and uncorrupted form of Land Based Perfect True Trust and valid legal Land Title.  
  A Post exists when a man, woman or family/community of men and women through continual habitation and use of the land drive a physical post into the ground so that its height is not less than 14 ft from the ground and place then upon the Post a cloth representation of the Symbol and Flag by which the Laws of the Post operates and further hangs upon the Post a form of Title issued by the Society under which the Post functions.  
  When a Flag Post exists, when a valid Title Post has been issued and providing the Post is habitated and in use, then no other claimed Title of Deed or Possession, nor any Trust may claim superior Title over that Land and Post.  
  The seizure of such Land under Post is by most ancient rights of law nothing less than an act of War and wholly unlawful. Nor may any form of law demonstrate a legal conveyance of a Post into an alternate jurisdiction and ownership without consent.  
19.7 Post Land Title  
  A Post Land Title is any valid lawful instrument issued through the Great Register in accordance with this Covenant which recognizes the powers and rights bestowed by this covenant with the powers and rights claimed by the men and woman of a Post as True Title.  
  When these rights from One Heaven are united with Rights eminating from men and women connected to the Land and demonstrated through a valid instrument, no other Fictional Land Title from a Fictional Trust is superior.  
  The failure to acknowledge a Post Land Title as superior title is a grave injury to the law of the land and the most ancient laws of land rights.  
19.8 Absolute True Trust  
  By the Validity, Power and Origin of Power bestowed to this most Sacred Covenant, the absolute Rights of Ownership of all Heaven, Earth, Hell and the Solar System is hereby given through Absolute True Trust to the Society of One Heaven, on behalf of the Members of the Society as Perpetual Trustees for the life of the Society.  
  As the Rights of Ownership are granted through Absolute True Title from the Absolute True Trust to the Society of One Heaven, all Absolute True Title is owned free and clear of any encumbrances, including liens, mortgages and obligations.  
19.9 Metes and Bounds of Absolute True Title  
  The Metes and Bounds of Absolute True Title of One Heaven Society comprise both Trustee and Sole Occupation and Ownership Title reflecting the authority and respect bestowed by Unique Collective Awareness to the Society of One Heaven, namely:  
  (i) The Metes and Bounds of Absolute True Title of One Heaven Society is the bounds of the Stellar System known as The Solar System including all Planets and Moons within its orbit including Uranus, Neptune, Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, Venus, Earth, The Moon, Mercury and the Sun and all associated dimensions of spirit Heavens and Hells; and  
  (ii) The Metes and Bounds of Absolute True Title of One Heaven Society is the Bounds of The Milky Way Galaxy, including all associated dimensions of Heavens and Hells associated with lifeforms within The Milky Way Galaxy.  
19.10 Right and Obligation of Society to Grant Title within its Metes and Bounds  
  By this Sacred Covenant, the Society of One Heaven is granted the absolute right to grant Title and Rights of Ownership, including granting Universal True Title rights within its Metes and Bounds to the Globe Union and any other Society representing the occupation of a whole planet or moon.  
19.11 Absolute True Universal Title Granted to Globe Union  
  By this Article, the Society hereby grants the Globe Union Free Society Absolute True Universal Title within the Metes and Bounds of the Society.  
  The Metes and Bounds of Absolute True Universal Title of the Globe Union comprise of both Trustee and Sole Occupation and Ownership Title reflecting the authority and respect bestowed by the Society of One Heaven to the Society of the Globe Union, namely:  
  (i) The Metes and Bounds of Absolute True Universal Title as Sole Occupation and Ownership are be the bounds of the Planet Earth, its Moon, the Planet Mars its moon and the moons of Jupiter and Saturn; and  
  (ii) The Metes and Bounds of Absolute True Universal Title as Trustees are be bounds of the Stellar System known as The Solar System including all Planets and Moons within its orbit including Uranus, Neptune, Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, Venus, Earth, The Moon, Mercury and the Sun.
