  Article 32 - Corporation  
32.1 Corporation  
  By the Power and Authority of this most sacred Covenant, a corporation is an entity formed by one or more living men and women to which full legal and spiritual existence and personality is assigned through a valid Corporate Member Key of One Heaven recognizing the date of its birth.  
  A Corporate Member Key of One Heaven is a valid ledger entry records into the Public Record as defined by Article 34 of this Sacred Covenant.  
  By the power and authority of this sacred Covenant, a claimed corporation that is unable to demonstrate a legitimate Unique Ledger Key has no legitimate legal existence, nor any rights whatsoever, nor any legal standing whatsoever, by any means, and the most fundamental standards of all societies.  
  No corporation on accepting and consenting to Remedy through the Act of Redemption and obligation under this sacred Covenant will be denied entry into the Great Ledger and Public Record of One Heaven.  
32.2 Real and Legal Existence of a Corporation  
  By the power and authority of the Divine, through the first and supreme covenant, the Society possesses the highest real and legal existence.  
  By the power of the words of this Covenant, excluding the Society itself any other Corporate entity possessing a valid Corporate Member Key of One Heaven is recognized as having a real and legal existence until its death.  
  For a Corporation to have real legal personality, it must have a birth, life and therefore an order of succession of life to some first corporate entity. In no clear order of succession exists, or if no legitimate and ultimate corporate entity can be demonstrated, then a corporation cannot possibly be considered to have real and legal personality, except by unlawful acts of fraud.  
  Excluding the Society of One Heaven as a whole, no other Corporate Member under the Society is permitted to have immortal life. All Societies, including the Great Faiths of One Faith of God, One Islam and One Spirit tribe are mortal and therefore real corporations.  
  Any corporation that is not this Society claiming immortality is automatically null and void of rights to claim legal personality unless it can also demonstrate a mortal existence by this sacred Covenant.  
32.3 Invalid Legal Personality  
  Any company, corporation or entity of any kind that claims legal personality directly or indirectly from a document formed through human skin, or bound in human skin such as Papal Bulls, Charters and other Acts issued by the Roman Cult otherwise known as the Vatican are hereby rendered null, void and without spiritual existence, without valid personality.  
  By the power of the most this most solemn covenant and treaties, the souls of all children sacrificed by the Roman Cult, otherwise known as the Vatican are no longer bound, despite any refusal to give proper burial or burning of such unholy relics. Therefore, all companies, corporations, trusts and other entities since claiming legal personality by supporting such evil are without foundation.  
32.4 Life Expectancy of Corporations  
  Excluding this Society, as all other valid Corporations must demonstrate a pre-assigned date of death along with their date of birth prior to being granted their Corporate Member Key of One Heaven.  
  The following is the limits of life expectancy granted to Corporations:  
  (i) The three great Faiths of One Faith of God, One Islam and One Spirit tribe are hereby granted a mortal corporate life of 3,210 years representing an Era of Ucadian Time. Excluding the Society, no other Corporations have a corporate life longer than 3,210 years; and  
  (ii) The Globe Union is hereby granted a mortal corporate life of 1,070 years representing an Age of Ucadia Time. Excluding the three faiths and the Society as a whole, not other Corporations have a corporate life longer than 1,070 years; and  
  (iii) The Unions of Free Societies, the National Free Societies, Specialized Free Societies and the 1st 144 Treasuries and 1st 144 Media Networks that Accept and provide Remedy are hereby granted a corporate life of 128 years representing a Cycle of Ucadia Time. Excluding the corporate entities listed in (i) and (ii), no other corporations may have a corporate life longer than 128 years; and  
  (iv) All other subsidiary corporations of the Free Societies that have a public board and register of members are granted a corporate life of 64 years; and  
  (v) All other subsidiary corporations of the Free Societies that are private or smaller than 36 members (shareholders) are granted a corporate life of 32 years.  
32.5 Certificate of Death and Will of Estate  
  Excluding the Society as a whole, all other Free Societies and valid corporate living entities having real and valid legal personality are required to submit a will in the event of the ultimate death of the corporation.  
  Once a certificate of death is issued, the assets of the deceased corporation may be legally granted to the benefit of one or more living valid corporations possessing valid Corporate Member Keys of One Heaven.
