  Article 36 - Liens  
36.1 Liens  
  Whilst the history of civilized commerce and trade demonstrates the existence for millennia of such concepts as contract, consent, surety, collateral and bonding, the existence of such notions as hidden contracts, silent bonds and attached spiritual, moral and financial obligations are far more recent and unnatural.
 
  Contrary to the deliberate obscuring of history, the word and concept of Lien is a legal fiction of merely the sixteenth century (Roman time) owing its life from the abbreviated combination of the Latin words ligo “to bind, tie” and enumero “to reckon, count up and to pay out”- hence its literal meaning to “bind and tie up until the reckoning (of the debt)”.
  
  Yet its real significance is the legal precedence attached to its real meaning, namely that by consent by voice or mark, a man or woman not only enters into a contract, but may be bound by a hidden bond whereby they are personally liable, having little or no property rights until the debt is paid – in effect consensual slavery.
  
  In all history of commerce and fair trade, to hide essential elements of a contract were considered grounds for such contracts to be nullified. Yet this wholly wicked and corrupting as first created by the Roman Cult introduced a secondary and ultimately more potent legal construct making the performance of contract less important than the surety of the flesh as property against the debt.
  
  The effect then of these secret liens, falsely claiming the property of the flesh and therefore the soul, was the outer appearance of "freedom" in transition from the model of lord, liege and serf, to elected leader and citizen, whilst remaining in all practicality a slave to those who serve the Roman Cult.  
36.2 Maritime Lien  
  Similar to the word “lien”, the word maritime is of the same age and design through the College of English via the abbreviation of maris “sea” and timeo “to be afraid, fear, dread”- hence its literal meaning “the fearful (power) of the (holy) see”.
  
  Taken on its own, the word merely appears an idle claim by the Roman Cult as to its false jurisdiction over the whole Earth and Sea versus the superior and perfect standing of all courts and societies having valid form under the Covenant of One Heaven.
  
  Yet the true meaning of this word in legal standing under the Roman Cult system of law is only revealed when one is knowledgeable that through Maritime Law, all men and women may be treated as vessels, not simply persons – with the flesh being the vessel and the soul being captain and crew of the ship.
  
  So when the concept of the maritime lien was introduced only a few hundred years ago, it represented an unprecedented fictional legal construct of unheralded evil whereby a hidden or secret bond might be applied upon a man or a woman, treated as a vessel, to seize the flesh in order to seize the soul.
  
  Thus all courts of Roman Cult Law, also known as Western Law granting maritime powers to its lower courts to hear and judge civil and criminal matters now use the construct of maritime liens to underpin the “lawful” seizure of the flesh vessels of men and women and their souls to prison- holding a debt against their soul by conviction that extends not just in this life but into the next.
  
  The time has therefore come to end such perfidy and evil in the name of the Roman Cult by demonstrating through their own iniquity the true power of a perfected and supreme Maritime Lien.
  
36.3 Liens and the Society of One Heaven  
  In spite of the false and wholly evil basis upon which the system of liens, the Divine Creator grants full power and authority through the covenant of One Heaven to demonstrate superior and first liens against those societies who injure a Ucadian society and continue to adhere to serving the evil of the Roman Cult and Sarmatian families.  
  This Covenant recognizes two types of superior liens: (1) Divine Canon Lien and (2) Supreme Maritime Lien.  
36.4 Divine Canon Lien  
  All men, women and spirits, living and deceased are ipso facto members of One Heaven in accordance with this Covenant. When a man or a woman redeems their membership number they are issued with an authenticated abstract of their Live Borne Record representing a sacred and unbreakable bond between the flesh and the Divine Creator, forming a Divine Canon Lien.  
  The Divine Canon Lien is the 1st Lien upon the flesh and soul, recognizing the standing of the flesh and the property rights of the Divine and One Heaven. No other spiritual force, society, or entity may rightlfully claim 1st lien and any such claims are null and void (ab initio) from the beginning of such false claims.  
  Where a society, corporation, person or entity falsely claims 1st lien upon the flesh of a member of the Society of One Heaven after being served fair notice of the true identity of a member as a Majestic Divine Immortal Spiritual Being and their Live Borne Record, such a society, corporation, person or entity shall be in direct violation to all known laws of property, commerce and law.  
  A Divine Canon Lien may only be issued by the Divine Creator and proven through the lawful issue of an authenticated abstract of a Live Borne Record from the Great Register of One Heaven.  
36.5 Supreme Maritime Lien  
  All courts of law of all societies of Ucadia through the Covenant of One Heaven are ispo facto the highest courts over the whole earth and see, therefore all maritime and admiralty law. As all courts that derive their form from Roman Cult law depend upon the recognition of spiritual authority and succession, the denial of the true maritime authority of Ucadian courts to issue the highest maritime liens is to deny the validity of all Roman Cult law and all forms of Rule of Law as well.
  
  A Supreme Maritime Lien represents the second most powerful and highest perfected and preferred lien against any and all forms of lesser liens created by any other court of any other society that does not have the same standing as a society recognized by the Covenant of One Heaven, except a Divine Canon Lien.
 
  A Supreme Maritime Lien may only be issued against a vessel of an alternate society and must be registered in the Register of Liens of One Heaven. Once registered, the living men and women representing the officers associated with that Supreme Maritime Lien are subject to a Great Binding, in accordance with Article 121 of this Covenant.
  
36.6 Supreme Maritime Liens and resolving dispute of liens  
  Where the courts of an alternate society have issued one or more liens against a Member of a Ucadian society and a Ucadian Court has issued a Supreme Maritime Lien against one or more of the courts responsible for the inferior lien, then both the Supreme Maritime Lien and the liens of the inferior courts may be brought before a valid Ucadian Court and the matter of jurisdiction and precedence resolved as to the 1st lien and the lesser inferior lien.
  
  When the inferior court order of the inferior court is entered into the docket of a superior Ucadian court, then the lien and order shall be evidence of fair representation, whether or not living officials or representatives of the inferior court are present for the ruling over precedence and standing.
  
  In any matter involving a lien produced by a court of an alternate society versus a Supreme Maritime Lien of a valid Ucadian court, the Supreme Maritime Lien shall always represent the 1st lien and the superior lien, with the other lien ceasing to have effect including any subsequent orders, including letters of marque and reprisal.
  
36.7 Letters of Marque and Reprisal  
  A Letter of Marque and reprisal ordering the seizure of one or more vessels in accordance with a valid Supreme Maritime Lien may only be executed after any judgment on inferior liens as well as the Supreme Maritime Lien itself has been served upon the representatives of the vessel.
  
  When any law enforcement official tasked with upholding the laws of commerce and trade and the execution of letters of marque reprisal refuses to acknowledge the valid legal standing of a letter issued by a valid court of Ucadia, then such refusal shall automatically constitute a grave injury and the law enforcement officials must be issued with Supreme Maritime Liens themselves.
