| Article 41 - Member Rolls | ||
| 41.1 | Member Rolls | |
| The Member Rolls of One Heaven shall be the Unique and Accurate Rolls listing valid Membership Keys and Member details. | ||
| There shall be three (3) types of Member Rolls: General, Redempted and Electoral. | ||
| 41.2 | General Member Rolls | |
| The General Member Roll of One Heaven shall be the official member roll which records each and every unique Membership Key and Number issued in validation of the existence of a member, living or deceased. | ||
| The Office of Keeper of the Rolls shall be bestowed upon the leadership of One Faith of God, One Islam and One Spirit Tribe on the condition that they grant such rights through to the Globe Union for all living members on planet Earth and the Solar System. | ||
| 41.3 | Redempted Member Rolls | |
| The Redempted Member Roll of One Heaven shall be the official member roll which records each and every unique Membership Key and Number issued in validation of the existence of a member, living or deceased and to whom the Official Key has been assigned through the Act of Redemption. | ||
| 41.4 | Electoral Member Rolls | |
| The Electoral Member Roll of One Heaven shall be the official member roll which records a copy of the Redempted Member Roll for those Redempted Member above the minimum age to vote. A Member not on the Electoral Roll is not permitted to participate in voting and elections. | ||
| 41.5 | Estimated General Member Rolls prior to Day of Judgment | |
| The Estimated General Member Rolls prior to the Day of Judgment shall be those Rolls prepared by the Society for the purpose of preparing Remedy and Notice as Due Process. | ||
| The Estimated General Member Rolls prior to the Day of Judgment are: | ||

| The Estimated General Member Rolls reflect the need for remedy for the estimated five (5) billion members as deceased spirits existing in a state of hell, while a further three (3) billion are estimated to continue to exist periodically in the state of ghosts. | ||
| 41.6 | Estimated General Member Rolls after the Day of Redemption | |
| The Estimated General Member Rolls after the Day of Redemption is the estimated state of the General Member Rolls after the Treaties of One Heaven have been ratified and the state of Hell for spirits is abolished. | ||
| The Estimated General Member Rolls after the Day of Redemption are: | ||

| The Absence of any Spirit Members listed in a state of Hell after the Day of Redemption is a reflection of the ratification of the Treaties of One Heaven which abolish the spiritual states of Hell. | ||
| 41.7 | Estimated General Member Rolls by the 28th Anniversary of the Day of Redemption | |
| The Estimated General Member Rolls after the Day of Redemption is the estimated state of the General Member Rolls 28 years after the Treaties of One Heaven have been ratified and the state of Hell for spirits was abolished forever. | ||
