  Article 42 - Rights and Status of Membership  
42.1 Rights and Status of Members  
  A Member of One Heaven as demonstrated by the issue and assignment of their unique Membership Key and its recording in the Great Register and Public Record is to be respected and regarded as a Majestic Divine Immortal Spiritual Being, having full Divine Personality.  
  Therefore all claims of lesser personality and standing shall be null and void ab initio (from the beginning) of issue of their unique Membership Number including any private property and contracts dependent upon a flesh and blood member continuing as surety for some lesser person or fiction.  
  It is strictly forbidden for any man, woman, or society to disregard this sacred and immutable fact by the continued practice of connecting a Roman Person to a flesh and blood member.  
  Any officer of an alternate society that continues to treat the member as a Roman Person and deliberately disregards a presentation of Divine Personality by a member of One Heaven and proof of their abandonment for any and all surety of lesser legal constructs and fictions shall be subject to severe penalty. Where an officer of an alternate society found guilty of injury against the Divine Creator and the Society is subject to the most severe of penalties including (but not limited to): Binding, Liquidation, Interdict, and every possible action to have that officer removed from their office and the entity responsible disbanded under a Certificate of Death.  
42.2 Live Borne Record  
  All Members of One Heaven have the absolute right to request a valid abstract of their Live Borne Record for the purpose of proof of their Divine Personality in contrast and replacement as to any inferior documentation pertaining to the lesser legal fiction of a Roman Person through a Certificate of Birth and/or Live Birth Record.  
  Any officer of any society that refuses to accept a valid Live Borne Record as being the superior valid replacement to the lesser legal fiction of a Certificate of Birth or Live Birth Record shall be guilty of a grave injury against the Divine Creator, this Covenant and all Members.  
42.3 Indemnity and Underwriting through Record of Membership  
  All Members of One Heaven have the absolute right to demonstrate their general indemnity and underwriting through their membership to the value of One Universal (Gold) Credit, equivalent to ten thousand (10,000) Globe Silver Credits, equivalent to ten million (10,000,000) Sovereign Credits, equivalent to One Billion (1,000,000,000) Cents of Public Money as surety for any alternate society against any possibly injury by the Member.  
  Any officer of any society that refuses to accept the legitimate indemnity and underwriting of the Member of One Heaven as being superior valid replacement to the lesser debt based insurance or other vehicles such as hidden trusts shall be guilty of a grave injury against the Divine Creator, this Covenant and all Members.  
42.4 Title In Allodium and Complete Home Ownership  
  All living men and women who redeems themselves and obtain their pre-assigned Membership number shall also be granted Title in Allodium, in addition to Letters of Patent for their primary domicile.  
  Furthermore, all living Members shall have the right to request any liens and debt mortgage loans by an alternate society are fully paid by the Society in exchange for an interest free equity mortgage agreement with an Ucadia Society to repay the funds provided.  
  Any officer of any society that refuses to accept the legitimate Land Title, Title In Allodium and payment of all liens and loans of the Member of One Heaven to the lesser debt based financial institution shall be guilty of a grave injury against the Divine Creator, this Covenant and all Members.  
42.5 Travel Warrant  
  By this Covenant, the society shall grant all redeemed members a travel warrant and the right to have plates created for driving in the alternate society as a Diplomat, having the same diplomatic immunity as an ambassador underwritten by the previously issued Insurance and Underwriting to ten million (10,000,000) Sovereign Credits, equivalent to One Billion (1,000,000,000) Cents of Public Money as surety of the good conduct of the member obeying the driving laws of the alternate society.  
  Any officer of any society that refuses to accept the legitimate Travel Warrant as superior replacement to a Drivers Permit or other instrument usually issued against a Roman Person shall be guilty of a grave injury against the Divine Creator, this Covenant and all Members.  
42.6 Passport  
  By this Covenant, the society shall grant all redeemed members a diplomatic passport created for traveling between societies as a Diplomat, having the same diplomatic immunity as an ambassador underwritten by the previously issued Insurance and Underwriting to ten million (10,000,000) Sovereign Credits, equivalent to One Billion (1,000,000,000) Cents of Public Money as surety of the good conduct of the member obeying the quarantine laws of the alternate society.  
  Any officer of any society that refuses to accept the legitimate National Passport as superior replacement to a Passport usually issued against a Roman Person shall be guilty of a grave injury against the Divine Creator, this Covenant and all Members.  
42.7 Three (3) or more injuries against the Society and automatic Binding and the full force of Heaven against the Officer and alternate Society  
  When an Officer of an alternate Society rejects three (3) times the legitimate Divine Personality of a Member as proven by three (3) or more legitimate documents as recorded in the Great Register and Public Record, then they shall be deliberately denying the legitimacy of the Divine Creator, all spiritual forces, all history and all sacred scripture and fully consenting to the consequential penalty for such behaviour.  
  Such an Office shall by such an act be consenting of their own free will to a Great Binding as defined by Article 121 of this Covenant, with their rejection through silence, negative response and/or continued injury representing the equivalent of a Certificate of Death.
